Replacement: In-Ear Headphones

This is a replacement pair because the first pair of headphones suddenly fell off while my son was looking at his tablet. I used this pair for the first time today and the headphones came loose again. My daughter has had a pair from the same company for a year now and they work great but as I said this is my son's second pair and the same side has broken. I am more than disappointed at this point.
