I have used it on levels 1, 2 and 3 after trying for almost 2-3 minutes, I initially had no skin redness or burns although the bites were painful. I kept using it and thought it was ok because the instructions said it would suit the skin whether it would work or not then use low levels first wait and see if there is any rash, redness or Burns are there but once I walked my whole leg with it It lasted almost 10 minutes my skin started to turn red and gave me (Stage 3). Please test this product by being patient for at least 10 minutes (not 1 or 2 minutes) and then going to the same level that didn't make it burn. Don't climb up. Some people may have more sensitive skin in one area than another on their body, even on their legs like mine. i will return it
