and I feel more focused and less bored on the treadmill

Getting up early in the morning and running definitely helps me. Doesn't make me jittery, and I'm personally very sensitive to stimulants (coffee makes me jittery). I find that when I take this I tend to sweat more during cardio and I don't mind it and I feel more focused and less bored on the treadmill. Recommended to a friend, she liked it too. The only advice is not to take it after 2pm; wouldn't let me sleep all night. But a great load for morning workouts
