These brake pads are the thickest on the market. I have compared them to other ceramic brake pads for the same application and these pads are actually thicker. Thicker brake pads mean longer pad life and more mileage between pad changes. My wife and I drive over 35,000 km a year. I really don't like working on the car unless I have to because "brake work" can cost $600+ at the dealership. I can do all the work, including changing pads, rotors and calipers if necessary, for a lot less money. So if you do your own brake work you can also get the best parts available! I use these pads on all my cars. You can't buy a better carpet!
