I originally ordered a size 13 for my two girls for an upcoming wedding as that is their size in any department store and they were available in plus sizes like a 2 or 3. I came back for the size but the girls loved them so I tried one out more time and got an 11.5. They fit perfectly. And the shine doesn't crumble. Well made and doesn't feel cheap. Just don't forget to reduce
