I bought a pink size XXL for my 90 lb puppy so she doesn't have to wear a 'cone of shame' after her spa Surgery. I also bought a Suitical Recovery Suit in Pink XXL Camo. Both have pros and cons but this was the best choice for our girl. Tui is loose fitting, with adjustable buttons to make it a little more tummy friendly. It still bagged and stretched when worn, especially around the neck, and with no shoulders to hold it in place, it slid down their bodies. The Suitical, though tighter, tighter and stretchier, did the same. The tui zips the full length of the back making dressing super easy, with a snap placket for potty breaks. After several washes, it returned to its original shape and all buttons remained functional. Also easy to slip on, the Suitical slips over the head and the buttons at the back are for potty breaks only. Both will work for men and women. Tui won for two reasons. At first my dog was very happy and relaxed in it. Sweetikal's tightness seemed to bother her, and she pulled and bit him. Second, when the suit got tangled in her brother's tooth, it ripped to pieces and seemed to slide down like panty hose. I spent a lot of time sewing it together. The thuja had several small holes from the teeth, but they remained small even after washing. Both did a great job protecting the incision site. Her brother wore a "cone" a few months ago and it was awful. He was frustrated, but he was still able to maneuver the cone to get to the incision and remove all the sutures. She didn't even seem to realize she had to fiddle with stitches. worth your money. I only gave it four stars instead of five because I found it too baggy. If more fasteners were taller so it would be less baggy it would be ideal.
