I've wanted one for a long time. I finally ordered one and it arrived today. The color looks really terrible. In the photo it looks white or creamy, but in reality the color looks like dried yellowed sour cream. It's really unattractive. It looks like it's in two pieces, but it's hollow inside. If it was the same color as the photos I would really like it, but I don't like it at all as it is. Will probably have to send it back. I am so disappointed. Most likely made in China and the quality control is poor. I had a similar experience with one of Creative Co-op's desk clocks. Marked as Aqua and looked like Aqua in the photos. When it arrived it was green. It wasn't even close to Aqua. Sorry Creative Co-op. I love many of your products but the last two, this grandfather and table clock were very disappointing. I would not recommend this pedestal to anyone if they want the color to match the photos on the listing. I gave it 2 stars because otherwise it feels solid and can easily hold a candle or statue. Two thumbs down for this socket because the color is absolutely awful. :(
