I do a lot of research before I buy anything. I have compared this fish scaler to others from low to high; From high tech to low tech. I chose it because it made the most sense for the US. • We love being active outdoors, so this is a low-maintenance take-along tool. • We don't want to worry about fees. • We don't want to carry around a heavier item than we need to. • It's just a simple and straightforward tool that really works. • Very affordable at $6. This tool does the same thing as the others but is much cheaper. It might not be as pretty or shiny, but it makes everything quick and easy! I will be buying more to use as stockings for other fishermen in the family.
