I bought these so that I could walk a trail along a major highway without losing my hearing due to the heavy traffic. These earmuffs do the trick! They are very snug fitting, but I can still hear a little bit of traffic - but not enough to keep me from walking the trail. Also - I wear hearing aids, and the muffs don’t squish my ears so much that I can’t wear the hearing aids. Since my hearing aids are blue tooth, and I listen to music via Spotify, it was important that I still be able to fit the ear muffs over the hearing aids. These are GREAT - I LOVE them!
