I will never repeat this purchase.

Ironically, my first Samsung smartphone was the Galaxy S1, and the last will be the Galaxy S21. When buying a flagship (albeit the youngest in the line of flagships), I have to put up with such nuances that even cheap Chinese smart phones do not have. For what? Maybe for his wonderful camera? So it’s not even close to remarkable here, just at the level of Chinese devices. Unless the video recording is slightly better than the others (only in good lighting).
Samsung is dead to me. And not even because of the "features" of their flagship for 70k, but because of such a vile attitude towards their consumer. They promised to return - return! But it turns out you are just liars. Never again in my house will there be anything from your equipment, but I’m starting to get rid of what I have and, at any opportunity, I will dissuade my friends from buying.

Oh, and for a long time I gathered my thoughts to leave this review, but my patience is over. I bought Galaxy S21 8/256GB in May 2022, not yet a year old. I bought it with Buds Live headphones, wireless charger (the most useless thing in the world) and a 25W fast charger for 67000r. To begin with, Samsung no longer exists for me, because they brazenly and shamelessly deceived me. During the PR campaign of the S21 line, Samsung loudly shouted that if you bought their smartphone and you just didn’t like it, you can return it without giving reasons within 7 days after purchase. A couple of days after the purchase, I realized that for many reasons this smarfton did not suit me, I called the hotline to issue a refund, painted on the shelves what was wrong with this smartphone and that did not suit me (although I could not explain , after all, that's how you shouted in your PR campaign . ?). I explained to the employee that if you use the 120 Hertz mode (one of the main features at that time), then the battery lasts for a couple of hours of operation if you do not use the phone like a grandmother. To which I was told that I just do not use this mode and then the smartphone will live longer🤦‍♂️Funny) I bought a smart for 120 hertz, but I have to turn it off in order to use it for a short time anyway, but for an hour longer) He is in the usual Mode keeps the charge inadequately small! I also told the employee that due to the strong PWM, my eyes get tired in the evening, and also that the smartphone gets wildly hot! You literally record a video for a minute, and it's hot! In general, he explained that the S21 did not suit me in many respects, they listened to me, they said that they accepted the return request. I put it in the box and took out my old smart. 7 days have passed, silence. 20 days pass, I write, they tell me that the application is still under consideration. And again silence. And so no one answered me or called me back, of course, nothing was returned. I just got ignored! That's why your company is now scammers and deceivers for me!

And now I have been using your miserable parody of the flagship for almost a year, I endure in the hope that your ates will fix something, but no, it only gets worse! To date, thanks to your ates: 1. Strongly reduced wi-fi speed at a frequency of 2.4 hertz. Previously, I had a download speed from a torrent of 10-11mb / sec, both at 2.4GHz and at 5GHz. Now at 2.4GHz the speed is maximum 3mb/sec! Checked on 3 routers, in different houses. Of course, you won’t notice this if you use your smart like a granny, but I bought a flagship to really use it! 2. Random display friezes, as if the fps drops to 10. Helps to re-lock / unlock the screen, but what the hell ? ! 3. Even faster discharge. I practically don’t use it while charging, from the moment of purchase I use only dark themes in order to somehow save the charge until the evening. The brightness is always less than half, this makes the PWM more pronounced, so the eyes are more tired. 4. Headphones began to stutter! This is what inspired me to finally write this review! You just walk down the street with your phone in your pocket and they stutter! 5. There are many more minor nuances, system freezes that have not been observed before. I will not say anything about how wildly the mobile Internet battery drains. Also, since the purchase, the lock button has been loose. On a 70k phone, yes. Who here wants to advise me to reset the phone / headphones, etc. , go through the forest, please. I flashed the Galaxy S 1 back when you might have walked under the table. I know how smarts for 70k should behave! The only thing that really impressed me about the S21 was its stereo sound. He really is amazing. The display in 120Hz mode is pleasing to the eye, but I can’t use it, because then in the middle of the day I have to look for charging.
