I explained to the employee that if you use the 120 Hertz mode (one of the main features at that time), then the battery lasts for a couple of hours of operation if you do not use the phone like a grandmother. To which I was told that I just do not use this mode and then the smartphone will live longer🤦‍♂️Funny) I bought a smart for 120 hertz, but I have to turn it off in order to use it for a short time anyway, but for an hour longer) He is in the usual Mode keeps the charge inadequately small! I also told the employee that due to the strong PWM, my eyes get tired in the evening, and also that the smartphone gets wildly hot! You literally record a video for a minute, and it's hot! In general, he explained that the S21 did not suit me in many respects, they listened to me, they said that they accepted the return request. I put it in the box and took out my old smart. 7 days have passed, silence. 20 days pass, I write, they tell me that the application is still under consideration. And again silence. And so no one answered me or called me back, of course, nothing was returned. I just got ignored! That's why your company is now scammers and deceivers for me!
