Furious. Dirty 30 for a 14 year old

I'm ordering a red and black Happy Birthday decoration for my son's birthday and I'm getting DIRTY THIRTY decorations! Of course I didn't open it until the night I was going to set it up to wake him up. I'm so angry I'm ready to cry.
