I was just diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face. I am 79 years old and fair complected. I do not, nor have I ever used sun block. The Dr told me I should wear Sun Protection Shirts and broad brim hats. I always wear the correct hats but not the shirts. I bought this one in a XL. I am 5'2" and weigh 200 lbs. The shirt fits pretty well. I will have to leave the bottom button undone because of a chubby belly and big butt. My arms are pretty chubby and I have trouble finding shirts that fit them. This one is just fine. The fabric is soft and comfy. It actually feels like silk. It washes well and dries in the dryer with few wrinkles. I will probably purchase more like this.
