I like to make masks. I'm not a profi. I used store bought gum. I also used different stretchy fabrics. The photos I posted are the masks I made recently. Both times I hand stitched the product and closed 2 layers of the mask. For BLACK ties, I cut off the ends because the bows were too long to show. This mask went through the washing machine TWICE and the elastics are still perfect. WHITE ties as is, washed 3 times in the wash and still in perfect condition. I don't particularly care about rubber bands when I wash them. I'm too tired. This is a great purchase. Suitable for everyone. You MAY cut off the bow if you are making a mask for a child. The controller is still on. In fact, the regulator is tightened.
