I've had nerve damage in my elbows (cubital tunnel syndrome) for 4 years and I haven't found anything that would help protect them while I'm sitting. I had an idea of what I wanted, but all I could find was awkward and restrictive. Until now! These elbow pads are great and have a comfortable fit! The gel pad is exactly what I need. Now I don't need pillows around me, I'm just trying to get comfortable and ease the pain. I would recommend them to anyone with nerve damage in their elbows. I don't know how they work in paragraphs as I don't need it for paragraphs.
