To the tune of 10 grand, I think it's a fantastic piece of kit. This is more than adequate for seeing movies, surfing the web, and watching videos on YouTube. Games are likewise likely to be popular, however I suspect quality sacrifices will be necessary for successful enterprises. Pros: 1. Bought for a kid so they can watch movies and play games. It handles the job well enough, but not without issues (for further information, see "disadvantages"), and the son couldn't be happier. I put it through its paces for an adult user, and the possibilities are considerably clearer in that setting. Two, the ergonomics are great; the tablet fits well in an adult's hand despite its unique size and shape (especially in comparison to the iPad mini). As a result, the baby is relaxed as well. Third, using the internet is a time-saving convenience. A little bigger than a smartphone, it won't overwhelm your hands or cause headaches. A laptop is available for more serious work. Fourth, the display is acceptable, but not of HD quality. No such permission exists. Yet it's more than adequate for pictures and videos. Parents can set up a kid's account for their kid right away during tablet setup. That's a really helpful and crucial mode to have! Time, place, app, mode, sleep, etc., are all under your command. Having a slot for a microSD card and a SIM card is a must. It's practically a fully functional phone, and it supports sd card storage for a wide variety of movies and TV series. There is nothing special about the sound, but it is nice. The audio quality is fine, although users of these devices typically put on headphones when watching videos. Contrast the following: First, it starts to noticeably freeze up when multiple applications (a few games, a video player, etc.) are loaded in the background at once. Also, there will be times of great difficulty. Instructed the young player to clear their console's memory and RAM before starting a fresh game. Games and other heavy applications have not been verified. It will manage, but I worry that its effects will become noticeable with time. Second, I had to alter my viewing habits because the screen's dimensions suggested watching 16:9 video in full screen but all my movies started off in a 4:3 aspect ratio. Again, not everyone prefers the more "square" shape of the tablet versus the more "elongated" one. Third, the images aren't the best, but for the price of this tablet, I wouldn't expect that. Fourth, the "light" sensor has always been a killer for me. Attempts persistently to reduce screen brightness in dim conditions. Getting hitched is a possibility. Separate jamb; standard door coverings are unavailable. Despite the tablet's widespread availability, few options exist.
