There are many features that can be used at once so it's easy enough when you start out but as your business grows there is always something new or different than what was expected by someone who did not know how much power they had before starting using this software. The support staff really helps get everyone up-to date fast! It would have helped if I could use my own email instead of having an alias set like some other products do (like Salesforce). You'll feel overwhelmed right away trying everything all together because each feature does more things then people realize until after its too late - which means learning backwards from where we need help now rather then just knowing ahead of time exactly whats needed without wasting valuable resources getting answers later. We were looking into multiple options for CRM tools including sales force automation and customer relationship management solutions as well as inventory/ERP systems etc.. Our entire organization utilizes these programs daily to run their departments efficiently while also staying organized themselves.
