Don't people know or understand that this is ONLY for filling the tank after deploying the Gravel Python? Aquarium 40 liters. To use this, simply unscrew the end where the suction tube (mine is 24 inches long) and connects to the hose and screw in this hook. The hook attaches to the side of the tank, leaving BOTH your hands free to adjust the water temperature or do other things while the tank fills with fresh water from the tap. THIS IS NOT INTENDED FOR VACUUMING GRAVEL. Is this device absolutely necessary? no But it certainly makes refilling less of a headache.
