The quality is good but the strap is needed.
Our little one now prefers these boots to many other types of shoes. The quality of the boots is very good - the flexible material and lining are very comfortable. All in all these are very good boots and real rubber not hard plastic. Highly recommended.

- Love it! This is how we're going to make my little guy and just dress it up.

- Low wear resistance, boots fall apart after a short period of use.
