The device I received works as it should. Opened the box to find the device and inside the box, completely covered in some sort of white powder. Coming from communist China and being covered in white powder, I was a little scared to handle the device. Needless to say, I went ahead and unpacked it. Spent most of the day cleaning the unit. As for the unit itself. works as it should.
