Fantastic time management tool that helps keep track and organize everything
The ability to see all of my leave requests at one glance, whether they are approved or not! It would be great if you could view your previous years' records as well (to help with annual reviews), but I'm sure there's some way around this feature being missing from such powerful system? Also love how easy it was for me create new leaves through our mobile app when we were out in remote areas during COVID-19 pandemic quarantine period.- Automatically set up reminders & notifications - Easy access while working remotely.
Pros
- Intuitive interface; very user friendly layout that is super simple yet provides full functionality including an area where other information like HR policies etc can simply drop into place under various tabs which then allows even less tech savvy people/managers who need just enough info within reach without having gobs more detail cluttering their screens than necessary
