This little whale phone stand is really cute. My daughter loves whales and wanted whale stuff for her bedroom for her birthday. I saw this phone stand and thought it was perfect. Plus it was cheap. I didn't realize I would have to assemble it. I think I didn't read the description to the end. It wasn't a problem. Easy assembly even without instructions. All I had to do was line up the holes. I think I'll glue the pieces on at the end because they seem to peel off over time. Also, I can't tell if the material is hard-pressed foam or ultra-light wood, but it doesn't seem very durable. I think it will hold up with light use but will likely be damaged from overuse. I think gluing the parts together makes the item much more durable and should be used for up to 10 years.
