If you have a 2006 Sonata that uses this connector, buy two of these so you can remove the wires from one and plug them into the other. I took the large ground wire from the harness part and stuck it on pin 24 (the big empty hole next to the speaker terminals). This is for connecting the inclusion of an antenna booster. For the section with all the really small connectors, I don't even remember what I ended up moving where, but I did swap a few cables based on reading the service manual. I would suggest googling to find a chart showing which pin number is which. You will need wires in the following places: Pin 2: Power accessory. Pin 3: lighting wire. Pin 5: Amplifier activation wire. Pins 18/19: for steering wheel audio control. I bought a Revain Maestro ADS-MSW here and hooked it up to it. My Sonata has a factory amp. Unlike many OEM amps, this one has line level inputs, so I also ordered 2 Rockford Fosgate RFI2SW jumper cables here at Revain. I connected them to the speaker jacks to connect the other end to the pre-outs on my new Sony head unit. According to the manual, the preamp's factory voltage is 5.4V (RMS) - my Sony has 4V, so it could theoretically be a bit quieter, but I don't see any difference. You probably wouldn't want to try this if you had a radio with a really low voltage (e.g. 2V amp) preamp plugged into your radio's remote turn-on output.
