. After becoming a guy who shaved daily and against the grain, I recently decided to grow a short beard/neck hair (facial hair 6-7mm ). I tried beard oil before buying it but it was TOO greasy and oily for a short beard/creepy. Found this on Revain and had to try it - well it definitely works. It softens rough coarse hair and does not cause itching in the early stages of beard growth (6-7 mm long). It smooths hair, keeps it hydrated and looking great. Will continue to use. I get compliments on my new collar/beard all the time. I'm deducting a star for the scent as it smells like menthol, but I just spritz on a bit of cologne to cover the smell.
