Works well. However; The nut you use to fasten it is plastic. The part of the connector that goes through your panel has "cut sides" to prevent it from twisting in the hole. These sheared sides make a cross thread almost certain, then the nut will snap! I couldn't identify the thread and couldn't find a replacement for the nut (5/8-28?). Also, you only get one nut, meaning you can't adjust the depth of the socket in the panel. If used like this, the end will stick out a lot from your panel. I'm going to use hot glue on the inside instead of the nut to make it "flush". I bought two. Both have the same problem.
