This is the most comfortable fabric ever, love the panties too. As far as functionality, well, it is not a supportive sports bra. I wear it for low impact stuff like hot yoga. But I also love it to wear under clothes because it is so comfortable. Comes with pads that work well and provide good coverage. I normally wear a 36D and the medium is perfect.
