Vasectomy Lifesaver! I have a 44-46 waist, 6ft 2in and 270lbs (beer belly) and size XXL fits perfectly. I love that they are black, white just seems so weird to me. It's really nice that it comes in two packs at a lower price point than the competition. Very comfortable and supportive. They are needed after a vasectomy. Expect to wear them for the first two weeks, even if you feel like you don't have to after the first week. This will help with healing in the long run and also support you with small bumps. When buying a support product, a lot of importance is attached to a wide belt like this. Not really sure why, I'm guessing what it is for consolation. If it seems too wide, it can easily be rolled up a little.
