This tripod is great! It's not heavy, but the build quality of the tripod means it's in no way flimsy. The locks are very safe and secure. The height adjustment is very easy and the device is very stable overall. It comes with a phone/tablet mount which I have tested and works as intended. It also comes in a very compact carrying case. I would rate this one better than the others my company uses that cost over $100! You absolutely cannot go wrong with this device. I try to write objective reviews for/against and can't find any downside to it. This is a great tripod.
