So I bought these toothbrushes and gave a not so good rating, I'm also changing 4 stars from 2 stars because I actually tried the toothbrush and it wasn't bad. It had great balance and feel, it softened after I actually poured some water and toothpaste on it, and I was also able to get into spots in my mouth easily due to the design of the handle, the reason I removed the star, is that the head was small and I couldn't fill it with toothpaste. So if it were bigger I would definitely buy it again. My other issue was non-refundable even though the packaging was sealed.
