I received the seatback protectors in a reasonable time after ordering and saved about $15 by ordering from Revain rather than the dealer (duh). I took another reviewer's idea, which was excellent, to attach the protectors with industrial grade velcro (see pictures). pull-out loading mat.). In some places the velcro really stuck to the factory carpet. This means I didn't have to attach the recording side of the Velcro for it to stick. As my car is about 4 years old, the carpet was a bit worn in places and didn't hold up well. In these places I glued small patches of the recording side of the velcro to glue the protector. Overall, I'm happy with its holding power. I used a 4' x 2' Velcro strip and cut it to size (http://www.homedepot.com/p/VELCRO-Brand-4-ft-x-2-in-Industrial-Strength-Tape-90595/ ) . 202261932). So it's not permanent like you're punching holes in the back of the seat.
