I ordered this for my new 2014 Subaru Outback. First, this is not a very high quality product. The plastic is cheap and doesn't flex very well when you put the seats back into the recess below. It would have been much better if Subaru used a lightweight rubber material. Second, stupid instructions. They tell you to straighten it first and then poke a hole in the seatback carpet with an awl. UPDATE MY REVIEW: The seller replied the next day, sent me a PDF manual and sent the missing screws. The installation was very easy and safe. Very happy with this purchase now and the price! Note: Ignore the person who says it comes with Velcro so there are no holes in the back seat to open. This velcro doesn't stick, I think it's just there to hold the liner in place when you poke holes. And no problem with holes. The original Subaru part does the same. Once these fasteners are in place…
