UPDATE MY REVIEW: The seller replied the next day, sent me a PDF manual and sent the missing screws. The installation was very easy and safe. Very happy with this purchase now and the price! Note: Ignore the person who says it comes with Velcro so there are no holes in the back seat to open. This velcro doesn't stick, I think it's just there to hold the liner in place when you poke holes. And no problem with holes. The original Subaru part does the same. Once these fasteners are in place, they're not going anywhere unless you rip them off. Good product, serves its purpose. Details are still missing! - I only received 3 screws/dowels, the rest are missing. - No user manual. Also, the velcro straps are tiny so they don't attach well to my 2011 Subaru Outback. Apparently I need the missing screws and need to drill some holes in the back of the car seat to install these. I don't mind holes as it will be a permanent addition and the rubber vinyl appears to be of good quality. I'll be happy to update my review when I receive all parts and the instruction manual and when I'm happy with the overall product after installation. . 2 stars so far.
