The team at RepX were very responsive to our needs, they worked with us for months before we decided it was worth hiring them. We've had great success over the last 2 years by putting their plan into action. They do an excellent job maintaining my site's visibility in search engines, which has increased both traffic and sales. As far as this goes, I would have absolutely no complaints! Great product from start to finish. If you want results, go with these guys. You won't regret it. It takes at least 6-9 months to see any kind of impact from working with reputations management companies like RepX. So the investment up front can be hard to justify until you're seeing results yourself. Our goal was to make sure that our existing customers weren't being negatively impacted when searching for us. And also give new potential customers a way to find out about us without having a call center answer all questions themselves. I have had to use reputation x for a number of years now. They are fast, fair, honest, and will work with you at any stage in your business life cycle. I have used them from start up to post sale stages and they have always stood by their word and delivered what they promise. Not really anything! Honestly the best part about reputation x was that they were quick to respond. There was not a time that i felt like something was being hidden or kept from me.
