Review on ๐Ÿšด Cycloving Super Bright LED Bike Lights: Water Resistant Headlight and Tail Light for Enhanced Cycling Safety by Billy Ivy

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Decent light for the price

Note: This is a black black model review. Haven't seen any reviews for this model yet, so here's mine. Good power delivery and decent slick/flooding pattern. Pros: The reflector style is nice, with a somewhat clean parting line at the top so you don't dazzle oncoming traffic. Robust construction. Aluminum housing with plastic front panel. This model is equipped with two Phillips screws on the back. It could have access to a rechargeable 18650 battery inside, which is a plus if the battery stops charging in the future. Revain has another similar bulb that has NO screws and customers have raved about how the back cover fell off. The button design feels solid and crisp when clicked. (One click gives a continuous pattern. Holding down the switch starts the flash function. - There are two types of flashes. I like the flash with different pauses, which makes the flash more random and attractive to other motorists on the road - Small size, compact, easy to charge from the bottom Cons: - Not a true 400 lumen bulb Could be a bit brighter but is limited to using only 18650 batteries - See the image I attach The LED itself is pretty close Due to its position, the heat given off by the LED causes the plastic to melt, which affects the light pattern the more I use it.The plastic that is bonded to the bottom of the light seems very thin, but so far I haven't had any issues with the light slipping or moving during my rides (mounted on a road bike. Please note that distinguishes the "black and black" version from the "black" version. red "steering wheel clamp. - Once the battery reaches 35-40% the light output drops (very noticeable). Once it gets to 25% there is almost no visible light on the ground unless you are on a completely dark one Road/trail The included taillight is rechargeable for the black and black model unlike the other options they sell It has a few flashing capabilities but to be honest I don't find this taillight bright enough (especially during the day) It also has one large diameter (wider than my seatpost).I use it for my daily bike commute and will update my review in the future. In slow flash mode I can run for about 5+ hours before the usable light goes out (it takes a bit longer but the light is very dim).In low beam I can get about 4-5 hours of usable light before it gets dark.I used to use a bike light that needs an external battery te, but daily assembly/disassembly made this impractical. However, these lights are much brighter (they use 4 18650 batteries).
