Bought two of these in June. One for me and one for my wife. Replaced the last one I had for about a year that caught my eye. My dentist and hygienist say my irrigators have had a major impact on my gums and my gums looked great. At first I liked the new irrigator, and two months ago my irrigator lost about half its performance. It no longer just pulses with a weak current. Exactly the same thing happened to my wife recently. I don't want to do this every six months and am very disappointed.
