Review on ELCO Laboratories 32 oz Pee-Pee Stain and Odor Remover by Tony Lawrence

I worked in the chemical industry so I understand the contents of this unique product. I've been using it since 2005 exclusively to remove pet odors. This is the only product that actually gets rid of "occasional" areas of leftover odor so well that my cats (with their very sensitive sense of smell) can't even find the stain after I've cleaned it with Pee Pee. NOTHING I have ever tried works as well. Everything else I've ever tried was a waste of my money. To be clear, if you have an area where your pets have repeatedly "popped off the potty", you will need to apply this product at full strength, then pour some water on the area and wait about 6 hours before using extract the liquids with the machine to carpets. This method allows the product to penetrate the subfloor where urine has penetrated over time and completely neutralize the odor. It has never affected the color of my floors (wood, carpet, etc.) and works on all types of substrates I've had (concrete, plywood, etc.). before I put on a new pad to neutralize the smell of urine in the pad between changes. Amazing technology.
