I've been using Burt's Bees shades for years and this set is great value for money. Their products are soothing and they offer lighter shades which I prefer. All colors remain true; they do not darken when applied. I was particularly interested in trying two colors I hadn't seen before - grapefruit and apricot. Unfortunately, my product had two grapefruits (which I really like) and no apricot. I have sent a message to the retailer to let them know. They responded immediately and offered a partial credit on my order. I know I'll be using both grapefruits I declined, but this shows good customer service.
