Review on Enhance Your Timepiece with ๐Ÿฆ‹ the Elegant IStrap Stainless Butterfly Deployant Watchband by Shawna Sparks

This will significantly extend the life of your watch strap.

I've been involved with watches since my youth and have noticed that leather straps wear out very quickly. This was frustrating because shortly after putting the new one in, the skin started peeling off. It may have just been a poor quality strap, but after a while I began to notice similar wear on leather straps as well. It does not matter whether the skin is sewn, glued or whole. They all wear out over time. As I started buying more expensive watches, I noticed that many of them come with these clasps. Unfortunately, most of the watches I've bought have the standard stud/trunnion clasp that everyone is familiar with. If you bend the strap to put it on and take it off, the leather wears out quickly. Using a fastener like this will help avoid this because you no longer have to bend it. I wish more watches were standard equipment because they help prevent the wear and tear that a leather strap typically sees. I'm surprised there are so many negative reviews for this product. I bought three and had no quality issues. In fact, they're better than the two Hadley Roma fasteners I bought from Revain a few years ago, and they cost three times as much. This clasp seems to be much better made than the Hadley Roma clasp and this one comes with an extra spring. Rods and a tool for removing them. I bought two polished stainless steel clasps and one black PVD clasp and was very happy with the quality. One thing to keep in mind when doing this is that you must measure the strap at the buckle, not the bottom. Eyes. Most straps are slightly tapered. In my experience a 20mm strap (lug width) requires an 18mm buckle and a 18mm strap (lug width) requires a 16mm buckle. Measure yours to make sure it's the right size.
