This is a knitted hat that is warm enough and fits my large head so it should fit everyone else. The LED light illuminated the common area in front of you. It has 3 modes, 1 of which is a flash mode which I used when crossing the road after dark to warn of rapidly approaching cars. The quality of the Bluetooth speakers is not top notch, but it is decent for this type of product. I haven't had this hat long enough to comment on its durability, but have thought about buying a few more for Christmas gifts.
