They work, but they get lumped in with smaller breasts.

overall they work, my only real complaint is that they are just one big circle so they don't fit properly in the bra, they bunch up and get in the way. I have others that are slightly smaller and don't have this problem, or I have disposables that are slightly wrinkled on 2 sides to better fit the curve of the chest. They trap the milk and prevent you from leaking, so no complaints about that.
