Review on CheckIssuing by Matt Watson

I like best that the customer service is always available when you need to talk with them about check processing or payments issues. Our current provider was very difficult to work with over certain aspects but thankfully CHECKISSUING steps up to the plate! They have really made the relationship between our business better than ever before. As part of our banking group at US Bank we used CHECK ISSUE to process paper checks through bank tellers but were required to also send an electronic file for approval using APOS. This ended after many months so they are now more relevant going forward. I like how easy it is to set up recurring payments. It's very intuitive and simple to use. It also allows you to add multiple payees with different payment amounts. The only thing that I dislike about this program is that there are some fees associated with using it. Also, if you need to cancel a transaction, you have to wait until the next day to do so. This can be inconvenient sometimes. It has allowed us to streamline our payroll process by allowing all employees to make regular payments.
