The 112 degree shower head extension positions our new rain shower head perfectly in the shower (as shown in the photo): it is the right height overhead and distance from the wall. It was connected to a threaded 45 degree shower elbow, causing the extension to incline 23 degrees upwards from horizontal. I have found that the 135 degree extension where the shower head is horizontal or at 0 degrees does not provide enough headroom. Installation was also easy and leak-free. The fittings are durable and made of high quality materials. The threaded ring allows you to tighten and seal the connection without twisting the extension out of position, which is very important. The neoprene disc is also built into the fitting in such a way that it completely seals the shower spout. Other products I tried just didn't fit my showerhead; The washer will be driven into the pipe when tightened and break the seal. These constructions also do not allow the extension to be correctly positioned and also ensure the tightness of the connection. I can't say enough good things about this product... on top of that the manufacturer has carefully provided Teflon tape, a perfectly fitting wrench and two extra washers for the slightly different ends of the shower hose.
