Works great to manage your internal communications and knowledge base

I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use without having an extensive IT background! As of right now there isn't anything else out here when compared with what they offer as far is ease-of creation/editing content through their CMS - which makes sense given how new this software product has been in business (just released Jan 2015). The community support could be stronger too at times but overall no major issues yet from my end using them :) It helps organize our information flow more effectively than other tools have done before because its user friendly while still being highly organized internally. I like that it can be used in multiple ways depending on what is needed at the time. When they first released this product there were some issues with using it as an online course but those have been resolved now. It's not cheap so if you are looking for something easy then this might work out well for you. We use it when creating webinars where users of our software will go through training videos from us which include questions/answers.

  • Great customer service team, very helpful staff members who take care about everything we need.
  • Very accessible & responsive technical helpdesk via chat or email whenever necessary
  • Able able create courses easily within minutes instead needing hours upon hour getting trained up by experts manually
