Review on ๐Ÿ’ง 1 Quart Stone Pro Hard Water Deposit Remover for Stone and Glass Scrub by Logan Tripp

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Has successfully removed a significant amount of mineral deposits from the granite around the sink

I have an ornamental granite from Giallo that has developed a significant amount of mineral deposits around the sink. I scraped it with utility blades, but while it took care of the more obvious scale, it did nothing to completely remove it or bring back the shine. We recently removed the standard 4 inch backsplash and replaced it with marble tile and I was determined to find a way to restore the sink area to its former glory, even going so far as to seek quotes for a professional polish. $200. After doing a little research I figured it wouldn't hurt to buy a $25 bottle of scrub before shelling out hundreds and working on the most problematic areas. I've used a microfiber cleaning sponge (which is still safe to use on the stone and with cleaner) and the limescale has almost completely disappeared. There are some areas in the stone's natural pit where limescale deposits just stubbornly cling, but the sink area is smooth and shiny again. I highly recommend this for those looking to restore the stone countertop to its original glory. It really took a lot of effort but I expected it as I foolishly declined the service.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
