08/06/2020 So I will update my rating every week by taking it. I started taking them this weekend. Within an hour I had an energy boost like never before. I didn't feel nervous, just a little hyperactive. I felt like I literally had to drink tons of water. I took a pill at 7am post workout and didn't eat until 1pm because I wasn't hungry and as I said I drank tons of water and cleaned the house like crazy! I'll get back to you next Monday to let you know how the week went.
