These shoes are lightweight, very comfortable and fit snugly around the midfoot. There isn't much arch support, so you may need insoles. I have worn these shoes daily on concrete and carpet for about nine months and they are in overall good condition despite the effort I put into cleaning them. The upper is just starting to fray at the ankle. After about three months, the outsole began to peel off (-1 star), but this can be easily fixed with shoe tape. I will probably buy a new pair when my current shoes die.
