I think this cuff is pretty good for the price. It came calibrated (got it from Revain just to be in on the safe side) but one thing that's kind of annoying about it is the screw/knob that lets air out. It can stick a little at either end (all the way open or all the way closed) so when letting air out you may let out too much, too fast trying to get it going and have to pump back up to hear the Korotkoff sounds more accurately but that's pretty much something I've adapted to so it's not a big deal to me. If it is to you, I'd get a more expensive cuff.
