Review on πŸŽ’ Camp Chef Carry Bag for Mountain Series Stoves by Josh Lockhart

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Protects stove top surface but maybe not so important parts

Not sure I really need this as a tote bag as I keep my stove in my car or truck and mostly cook at the back door. I was looking for shelter for the stove, and for that it's normal. Very soft sides don't offer any noticeable protection for the handles of the stove, which still bothers me. However, it is good for protecting the surface of the stove, avoiding scratches and protecting it from dust and dirt. It fits snugly on the stove, tight enough to hold position but not so tight that it needs to be stretched or pulled to install the stove. I personally would really prefer some sort of cut out or stiffer padding to protect the holds which are otherwise quite vulnerable as the board itself doesn't sink them in and offers no other protection from cramped storage areas, perhaps less than a discreet appeal.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • I won't say anything
