I love this brand and the bag itself it super cute. It has just enough room to carry my essentials: small wallet clip, AirPods, phone, glasses, chapstick, and a couple travel size pill bottles. The one fatal flaw is the straps are far too big! With its smallest setting it still sags way down which makes it not cute. I was forced to use one strap and make it a crossbody which defeated the purpose of buying a backpack. I’m disappointed.
