Based on our own experience, this cable is a nightmare. It lasted only a few months before breaking down on us, leaving us stranded on the road. The automotive cables in general are expected to last for a longer time, but this one didn't even hold up for a single season. However, the only redeeming factor is that it was easy to install with clear instructions. Unfortunately, the unreliable and poorly designed aspect overshadows any pros the product may have had. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different brand.
