I just opened this up and wanted to see how the hand crank works. The packaging and instructions do not specify how long to spin, except for 3-5 seconds to start charging. Looking back on the Revain website, it says cranking for a minute gets the flashlight on for 30 minutes or the radio for 6 minutes. I shot (counting the time) for more than a minute and nothing worked. The light came on red when I cranked, so I know it did something, but. My last hand drive radio worked fine with the hand drive feature but it has not worked so far. Any understanding is welcome!
